This is definitely my go-to heb around this area. It's fully stocked compared to the one in alamo ranch and is a straight shot down 211 and much better than driving down culebra if you don't need too! Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and conveniently a james avery located inside in case you are in the area & would want to stop anywhere before or after.

The H. E. B.... WOW! Their produce is sooo fresh and picturesque! Like it's in a catalog or a magazine! They have seafood, a deli, sushi,& so much more! To me, they are better than a walmart, because along with groceries, they have all the other items, to include. Dishes, toys, towels, stuff for your vehicle and the list goes ONNNNN!

This is my HEB. There are others near me in about the same distance but I prefer this one for 2 reasons. 1. Excellent beer selection 2. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly 3. I'm not stuck in lines at this one. I like to Man-Shop, Missionary style - get in n get out! (I know I lost you when I said missionary style. Pfft. Grow up, wink). Ahem... That's it. A friend of mine who moved a lot worked as an assistant manager at a grocery stores and really knew the business. Having lived everywhere, he said HEB is "the best he's seen" in the grocery biz. I agree with Kroger being a close second. No pics because c'mon, it's a grocery store. Dead pan. Out!
